This profile helps you identify the right starting point. If you already know the service you need, the links below take you directly to the relevant team. If you are unsure, tell us what prompted your enquiry—a bank request, a free-zone filing, overdue books, a tax question or a transaction—and we can help define the scope.
Which SAIF service fits your question?
Audit and assurance
Annual financial-statement audits, internal audit and purpose-specific reporting. Start with the legal entity, financial period and report recipient.
Annual audit services →Accounting and reporting
Bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, management reports and finance-system support. Tell us whether your records are current or need reconstruction.
Accounting services →VAT and Corporate tax
Registration, returns, reviews and tax-agent support, as well as transfer-pricing and benchmarking work where relevant. The entity and tax period determine the workplan.
Tax services →Business advisory
Due diligence, valuation, feasibility, cash-flow and other transaction or management questions. We agree the decision to be supported and the evidence available.
Explore all services →These service lines can connect, but they are not one interchangeable package. An accounting engagement does not include an independent audit unless that is separately agreed; audit independence must also be considered before one firm accepts both roles.

What credentials and connections can clients check?
SAIF is an FTA-registered tax agency, TAN 30004113, and works as an approved auditor for major UAE banks and free zones. The intended recipient still matters: banks, authorities and free zones may specify the format, signatory or submission process for a particular report. Tell us who will receive it so the engagement is set up correctly from the start.
We are an independent member firm of SGA World. For cross-border matters, we can coordinate with independent member firms while SAIF remains responsible for the work it accepts. Our international affiliation page explains the relationship and the associate-office network.
SAIF is an authorised partner for Zoho Books and Odoo, with profiles in Zoho’s advisor directory and Odoo’s accounting-firm directory. We also support other accounting software and ERP platforms; a change of software is not a prerequisite for working with us.
How does an engagement begin?
We first establish the entity, its location and licence, the financial or tax period, the decision or filing required, and any external recipient or deadline. We then review the records and access available, discuss the responsible people on both sides and set out the work in a written proposal. The proposal should identify deliverables, timing, assumptions and information requests so that no one expects a tax filing, audit opinion or valuation from an unrelated service scope.
For an audit, we also assess professional independence before acceptance. For accounting or systems work, we agree which records SAIF will maintain, which decisions remain with management and how reconciliations and reports will be reviewed. For tax work, we identify the taxable person and the specific registration, return, review or representation requirement.
Where can you contact SAIF?
Our Dubai office is at Office 1106, The Prism, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Call +971 4 451 8600 or send an enquiry. For a meeting, use the appointments page to review the available consultation formats. We also support clients in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations; see the office details for the appropriate route.
If you are comparing chartered accountants in Dubai, ask each firm for the exact deliverable, who will sign or review it, how recipient acceptance will be handled, what your team must provide and whether any independence issue affects the scope. Those questions make proposals more comparable than a headline fee alone.
